Is there any chance of you returning the inforad and exchanging it for something else? I bought the bike version about 2 years back, and I haven't been very impressed. Their databases are hopelessly out of date all the time. They don't have mobile camera sites in their database, which is probably what we need most. You can with some difficulty modify the additional sites file and add a few of your own, but it is a very tedious process. It doesn't work very well in streets lined by tall buildings, and doesn't pick up well on the move. The subscription for additional updates after the first year is not worth the money. Mine stopped working after a year, and I didn't bother trying to fix it.
A cheap garmin satnav unit will be a much better camera warning device imo.

Yeahh i've got the software.

Let me know your email address and i'll email it to you.

I've also written a google earth interface for it, you turn the trip record utility on and my code processes the file in a format suitable to google earth.

Can you let me know how you do this.

I am a programmer for a living, I could perhaps write a progy to convert the gpsworld csv file in to a format for inforad.

I manually copied and pasted the GPS co-ordinates of speed cameras from a limited geographic area on a speed camera map of the UK into the inforad memory file. It was a right pain to do, and had a very limited capacity. I could at a push get a couple of counties covered. I can't remember where I got the data from or the exact details now. It is not possible to edit Inforad's main database. You can only edit the additional sites database, which is limited to about 50 entries. There is a thread somewhere on this forum with a few more details. https://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums
