I expect it's been asked in the past, but I've not seen it come up myself... when wearing my leathers I loathe to put stuff in the jacket pockets, uncomfortable and tight.

What do you use? I don't want any form of fixed luggage on my 675, and no big tank bag. Any bag at all would just have to be magnetic.

I'm not totally against bum bags, but are there any that don't look crap?

Looking to predominently carry keys, wallet, phone, sunglasses.

In jean pockets if wearing them,
or if not ill be wearing a backpack and put it in there,
or a tankpad would be a viable option Razz

Wallet in my left pocket. Phone on my right. House keys on my left jacket pocket. Ipod on my right.

When I'm off the bike my bike key is in the same pocket as my phone.

Oh and for the smartarses out there, try and steal from me Wink

Small pink bumbag. One of these but in pink. Embarassed

Looks stupid but is perfectly secure. When I get where I'm going I unclip it from rond my waist and wear it over one shoulder like an ordinary handbag, doesn't look quite as daft that way!

Yet another reason to chain your wallet to your jeans.

That started when I attached my keys to my trousers, it's rare I don't know where my trousers are... Razz

If I'm wearing full leathers it's probably cos I'm on a hoon so generally don't need loads of stuff. My A* jacket has two inside pockets so phone goes in one and wallet in the other, that's all I carry. Can be a bit uncomfortable at times but I'm loath to leave stuff under my seat as it has a tendency of falling out onto the rear tyre and its not too secure, any thief could lever the seat up without too much trouble.

I hire somebody to carry my stuff for me. Mr. Green

When Manuel's unavailable, I carry my stuff (mobile, a note or two in cash, switch card, home keys) in my pockets.

I want one of these, a handlebar bag.

Always ride with a backpack and I mean always.

Wallet goes in inside jacket pocket.

I need a backpack , I tend to do good long runs, 200 miles is the norm.

My back pack contains my waterproofs, I have been caught out in the passed, with 200 mile ride in torrential weather, never again.

I also carry a spare mobile with emergency charger, cable ties, swiss army knife , waterproof gloves, neck warmer, hi viz, sun glasses, visor wipes, bike wipes, ear plugs, camera, and a drink.

Do most pickpockets canvass the internet to find out what pocket people keep stuff in?

My wallet stays in my jacket pocket as I'd like the paramedics to identify my corpse quickly. Keys, phone and other tat live in my tank-bag, as I'd prefer not to have them surgically removed. You don't need to buy a big tank-bag, Hein Gericke do a mini "sprint" style magnetic one that'll hold shades and a phone etc... Thumbs Up

You would be surprised at the level of theft that has it's origins in a bit of internet research.

Identity Theft is the big one, followed by Vehicle theft, burglary and pickpocketing. Victims are unwittingly followed, then robbed by thieves who found their details on the net. It's usually affluent people who are victims of this kind of crime though and the thieves generally get away with it too.

Like I said, watch your valuables folks.
