Hi Guys

I am hoping someone on here is going to be able to put me out of my misery!

I have a Honda CB1 400, which I haven't ridden since last summer.
Like a fool I never emptied the tank, so have spent a whole weekend and then sum cleaning the tank and stripping down the carbs and jets.
I decided whilst the tank is off I may aswell replace the plugs for good measure.

Since putting it back together however, it will not start. I have checked the plugs and they are sparking, and it sounds like it wonts to go but it wont.

Can someone please help me and offer advice on what to do, because I am at my wits end.

Thanks in advance

Bassing

Are the plugs wet? e.g. is fuel getting through to the cylinders?

Not meaning to insult etc... I take it the fuel tap is turned on (only because I've done it myself)?

Just as a side note where are you based? If your local to west sussex, would be happy to come take a look.

I've noticed that sometimes the carbs seem to need primed. Try taking the airbox off and covering each carb with your hand and give the starter a quick blast, it should suck up fuel, you'll see it.. If the plugs are dry it's worth trying this i think - It got my bike going after breaking down on the bypass the other day Laughing
