Hi weput. I think both of these bikes would be a bit too big for after an EN125.
Do you think it would be better to wait until you have a bit more experience?
Why not go for say a Honda CB500, Suzuki GS500 or Kawasaki ER500.
These are ideal first big bikes and they can be retricted.

A GSXR and GSX can both be restricted too... What exactly would the difference be? Confused

Also, not it isn't. I moved from a shitty 125 with about 4 bhp (it was slow) to a Hornet with 33 bhp and then a few months later I took the restrictors out so had about 80-85. I'm still here.

Thank you for your replies guys..

anyways,... yes it may be a huge jump from my EN-125 to a full unrestricted 600... but let me tell you guys..

i have ridden a yamaha R6 with aftermarket performance mods... piece of cake...
the bike goes as fast as i decide it to go.... unfortunatelly, the R6 was sold before i got the money for it... so i'm getting a brand new suzuki.

i live in panama where there's no restriction or any other government imposition to riders than a license.... i have full licence.

I'm posting this pool because at suzuki dealer i got a nice deal on a GSR600K7 that by mistake was branded as k8 and when i found out they found out and it has 20% off.

went to separate it (because the discount) and saw the GSXR teasing me....

so... GSR600 is arround 8000 US$ and the GSXR600 is at 12000 US $... so i was thinking... maybe all the aftermarket mods or whatever i could do to the GSR (dunno if i will anyways) may be more costly than the diference here.. so getting the GSXR may be the smart choice...

anyways... dunno
Crying or Very sad

I'd say get a GSXR personally, but whatever you do, don't get a GSR, my dad's mate had one for about three weeks then sold it and bought a Hornet.

So you settled on a Suzuki GSXRBAAA 600. You don't fancy a Honda CBBAAA 600 or a Yamaha BAAA 6? Then?

Shouldn't worry about a fuel gauge really as you only have a quick gander at how much petrol is left in your tank after every other ride and worst comes to the worst you still have a reserve supply anyway.
