The link above was found when I was working on a course I run for anger management. It is very interesting, reading exactly what effects us each day - things you may never have realised but when you read this, you will suddenly understand.

My favourite is:

50% of Britons have reacted to problems with their computer by either abusing
colleagues, hitting the computer, screaming, shouting or hurling parts of the PC.
