On tuesday i went for a little ride, didn't have a target place to go so just rode anywhere, ended up in Malham and the places near there. Took a few pics with my crappy camera phone.

Then i was on my way home, traveling through Skipton in slow traffic (about 5mph, wasnt filtering through the centre as its only a short road) hoping to get to the farm shop near my house asap to buy some food for that night before they close when some bint hits me from behind Evil or Very Mad

The bike didn't move an inch and stayed upright obviously so i thought the back end must have taken it all, i pulled over as did she and looked at the back and it was unmarked except a snapped off reflector, i retrieved the reflector and rang my uncle for a price on a new number-plate bracket and he said £50, so she gave me £50 cash. Then the police turned up, took details, i said everything was fine, he checked our vehicles on the comp and went on his way telling us we need to report every accident no matter how small. She also gave me a copy of her insurance just incase and we went on our way.

The worst news is i never made it to the farm shop Thumbs Down

Then i went to my uncles that night, he fixed the reflector for free and it now looks better than standard, sort of a home made tail tidy and you'd be hard pushed to tell it wasn't standard.

So i was £50 up, spent it already on a sports rack and touring screen for when i do long journeys Thumbs Up

Didn't know where to put this since i wanted to show my pics but the story sort of follows on.

lol £50 up - result. The woman seemed pretty decent about it - giving you £50 cash upfront.

Bike looks great Thumbs Up

How hard did she hit you? It could have damaged things at the back end.

I assume she hit your tyre and then some of her car hit the reflector breaking it.
