Right well i have got this Beta in my garage and it didint start so me and my mate cleaned the carb and changed the fuel line (old one was split and cracked ) cleaned the air filter etc etc so after many hours of messy work it started so i pulled the clutch and put it in to 1st and it stalled so i thought it might of been me so i started it again and the same thing happened so now what we do is start it push it about 5 foot jump on and put it in to gear and whay hey off we go

So my question is whats wrong with the clutch and i have ajusted it but nothing

Is the cable adjusted properly?

Could be that the cable is so slack that when you pull it the clutch isn't disengaging.

folow the cable down to the clutch arm on the engine. Look at it when you pull the clutch lever in. Does it move? Can it move more?

Looks like you're going to have to open it up and investigate.
