It's not actually been confirmed yet, but it's certainly looking good!
I can't see any reason for it not to go ahead and I am really glad that it's going back to Pentrich - that's where it belongs!

Although the website has been pretty much saying that the licence had been granted, it had still only been applied for.

The hearing was today, and the licence has been refused.
