I believe he did end up killing himself.

However, I don't think speeding means you 'deserve to die'. Does going 10mph over the speed limit mean you deserve to die? How about 20? 30? 50? etc.....

Paris ring road I presume, just skipped throught it.
Didn't look that 'extreme' from the bits I saw Confused - he didn't crash so that ride, at least, was 'safe'.

Some people can do that sort of thing with a lot more safety than others who ride well under the speed limit and still manage to crash.

That didn't look that dangerous.

Its hardly extreme , plenty of space both sides, too , some Japanese vids are more extreme on the tokyo express way.

As said some people have much higher ability than others what is fairly safe for them is dangerous to others, the bad thing about high speed combat filtering is that it requires UTMOST attention and you get off the bike incredibly tired as you can't sustain an adrenaline surge for long.

Do it. I'm interested to see you to crash at 40 100 mph in a straight line on your own.

It does LOOK close, but lets not forget that is a camera thats lower then the rider is and enclosed, the rider himsefl will have a much better view on thinsg and Ill bet some of those gaps werent nearly as tight as it looked on film.
Its dangerous to the point that one sudden lane change by any of those drivers could end up in him having a rather bad day. but again...whats different from the UK motorways at just 70mph...theres still the chance of some twat not looking and just swapping lates. and 70 or 150...whats the differance, that it takes them 30 mins longer to scrape you out of the other guys car...

Seen it before, not that bad.

Turkish description of another video on that site made me chuckle though:

He is stoling the motorcycle. The guy is not owner of motorcycle, he is moving it by his legs. He is saying peoples that the gasoil is finished. Happened at Antalya Turkey

Summary of the future half_lyfe video:

0 - 1 mins: half_lyfe sets off.

1 -10 mins: half_lyfe works his way out to the national speed limit roads

10 - 11 mins: camera shows a judder and the needle indicating the speed drops from 40 to zero.

11 - 90 mins: motionless

90 - 95 mins: after a brief look at the bike, the nice AA man can be heard to say "you've got no oil mate. I will load you on to the trailer".

95 - 100 mins: finally seeing speeds of just over 60mph. Camera shows the back of a AA van.

I saw this video ages ago. Ghost rider did a homage to him by running the peripherique quicker than him, but that was at night with little traffic on a gixxer thou - this was on a ZXR750.

I'm afraid to say but the black prince is long dead. Karma

From what i heard half-lyfe, you have trouble with bends too.

wasn`t expecting these replies but if that type of riding`s normal for you lot....i`m never gonna be a normal rider. You need a few screws loose to go at it like that and i dont care how skilled any of you are you`ll have fuck all control at that speed and it`ll be game over if anything happens. No way out.

i`m not a total safety nazi btw like some lads,i do give it plenty in the right situation, but if you really can`t see how dangerous that was you better embrace the fact that you`re all gonna have very short lives.
I think the petrol fumes have got to some of you and fucked your heads up

P.S..my chicken strips are down to under 1/2" now and i`ve even started hanging off on the bends and going for a kneedown.................so Middle Finger
bite me.
