11 seconds i have tried!!!!!

I have been trying to get a good 0-60 speed out of my restricted NSR and i cant get it below 16 seconds what am i doing wrong... it says on the site it could be done in 11 seconds so any tips from all of you guys would be helpful. Especially becuase it will help me beat the little NOVA's which i have a social obligation to do.........

theres a nice weekend coming up 2moro... and itl only take u an hour, so i say what u waiting for....
other than that, r u holding the clutch in a bit while ur pulling off... it sort of involves u revving to 11k and slipping the clutch for a good while... cant remember how good it works on a restricted nsr tho??

On my (semi)restricted NSR125F I'd often keep the clutch half pulled in 'till 2nd or 3rd gear (I wasn't too bothered about knackering my engine though)
