Hi, I have a 98 dtr.

My bike's lost something before. In the left of the bike, beside the white neutral relay, there's a 4-wires black jack, I guess it's a missing relay but I'm not sure. Searching all the wiring diagram about DTR, I still cannot know what it it.

It has 4 wires: B/Y, Sb, L/W, Br.

The bike has a electric starter, and it doesnot operate until I wire the L/W & Br of that jack.

The YPVS doesnot operate also, if I turn on the switch, it closes then opens but when I start the engine & rev up, it's idle all the time. The YPVS motor has a Br/B jack and a B/Y wire comes from CDI.

The B/Y wire, same color as the one in the black jack, but they're not connected. So I think the missing relay causes the YPVS & electric starter not to operate.

I measure the voltage from the B/Y come from CDI, it's very high, more than 200v DC. Does anybody know the exact range of this ?

The wiring diagram I got on net is not fully fitted to my bike, it's '98 bike and have electric starter, 3wires servo motor.

Thanks for any help !
