As above, anyone used them?
If so what do you think of them?

Not happy with my rear at the moment and I`ve been advised to get a stronger spring.
Recommended Hyperpro.

Is is the fork springs that you mean? Hagon fork springs are German made and pretty good.

Spring on the rear is usually of little consequence unless you are particularly heavy or particularly light. If you were racing or a lot of trackdays then it would want to be set up perfectly, but usually the stock spring is good enough for "average" riders when on the road. Or certainly not far enough out that it would cause concern.

Unfortunately that means you probably need a whole new rear shock, it's not as easy as with the front where you can change the oil and springs etc Sad . I've managed to find a ZX10R shock which will fit my bike perfectly. Not sure there are many bikes where it is the case that you can simply switch it out though like mine though.

"Hagon" or "Nitron" are two companies that I've heard are excellent without the Ohlins price tag. Nitron essentially being a company of ex-ohlins employees. Hagon are cheaper still and UK based.

My mates who work at HG edinburgh can only say good things about hyperpro - progressive front forks and aftermarket rear shocks Thumbs Up Pound for pound better than ohlins which is good if you're on a budget.

Not looking at a new shock, thats way out of my budget even Hagons.
Only looking at springs for now.

I weigh about 215lbs with gear.
According to some fellas on thespeedtriple.com the bike is set up for a 170lb rider Shocked

Im mostly following advice given to me and various suspension set up guides.

Hmm 45lbs is a fair way out then. I suppose a new spring is a cheap way of trying to fix it, even if it didn't work completely you might see some improvement anyway. Is the preload set correctly for you?
