Got a friend whose dad is an Instructor and he seems to think the age for the A2 'restricted access' test is going up to 19 as opposed to 17.. anyone confirm or deny this?

yeah I thought that too... but still i thought i would ask. I suppose ill just ask around closer to the time about the new test
