Getting a rollocking for youtubing my manager

Recently a friend at work recorded my manager, who is a bit of a 'character' should i say and sent it to me to put on youtube not being any good at computers and all that.

few days later im called into the office and being reported for harrasment, specially cos i found a fat bloke in a nappy (pictured) who is the spitting imagine of him and imbedded it in the video.

Thing is he likes a laugh and a joke, but as i found today not when he is the joke, it flew round EVERY RM office in 20 miles spreading faster than the Bubonic plague, now everyones laughing at him.

Ive had to take down the videos, so there can be no evidence.
