Not me but my dad.

He asked the bus driver if he would reverse so he could get into the bike park area, the bus driver replied with a no. My dad rides to the front of the bus and goes to put it on the stand while he sorts out to put it in the bike park, the bus driver then drives into him. The bus driver then gets out and laughs.

Later on when my dad and 3 police officers were discussing how to get the scooter out they decided to reverse the bus and pick the bike up. The bus driver gets in, turns the the ignition on, shoves it in first and drives over the scooter Rolling Eyes

The bus driver said he didn't see him Rolling Eyes

If your dad stopped to ask the bus driver the aforementioned question why did he then park in front of the bus and not just bump up the curb and out of danger?

I can understand the bus driver not want to reverse, as in a bus you cant really see whats behind you, or who is walking behind you.

If the scooter appeared to be deliberately blocking the bus's path, I can understand the bus driver removing the obstruction, but probably still a bit unnecesary.

Polish guy probably cdnt explain why he wasnt going to reverse though.

THis a classic asking a bus to move out of the way on a scooter, the npark in front of it....
Yes the driver was a twat for knowcking it over, but 2 wrongs don't make a right.
Also if he drove over it again with the police there, then he's stuffed himself.

Also whats with the bike blocking the pavement ?
