I think you're talking about those fake UK driving licence sites? They sell the licence and the counter part, for about £200 - £500? Just type in "imitation licence" in google I guess, wouldn't try it though.

I heard about this also. There is no point on having one as the police run your licence anyway and that piece of plastic wont convince anyone when its on their system. I know a few that where going to get one, and one that got a fork lift one, he met someone on a backroad for that one Shocked couple of people got done here for having them. Not worth it.

Erm yea don't buy this.
I got my girlfriend this EXACT one, It doesn't actually look that real.
Plus we went out, she used it to get into a club in Maidstone and we nearly got arrested! The bouncer put it under a UV light then held onto it. Next thing we knew there was a couple of police officers escorting us off the premises. Embarassed

Would've thought that was pretty obvious as it's a "permit" not a licence.

Hmmm, yeah I can see it give these people all your details for fake ID, then they'll probably then sell these details to fraudsters to commit ID fraud with all your details.

Cos after all they have your full details and signature, and probably even card details if you ordered from that site above.

What I can't understand though is if your not old enough to have real ID, why the fuck bother? Laws are laws, if you can't get into a club cos your 17, its cos your fucking 17 (example only)! Makes my blood boil! Rolling Eyes

The cards for driving licenses are loaded with safeguards, it'd take any alert copper/immigration officer/anyone else in the know about 3 seconds to spot a fake.

Possession/use of false instruments is a more serious offence than trying to sneak into a club, why take the risk?
