I'm going with that. They seemed to be drifitng over to the lane rather than aiming for the truck.

Notice the truck flash his lights just before the impact.

Lucky truck was a Magnum, about as high off the ground as you can get, he opens his door so presumably he was alright, car driver could've been drunk or anything.
