Woot, got my Multitec today. Stuck a mirror iridium visor on it and it looks awesome.

I've been using a Caberg Trip for almost 2 years and the first thing I noticed was the increased visibility. You have a much better peripheral view with the Multitec. It fits much better too but that might just be because its new as the Caberg was quite worn out really. The visor looks cool and takes a lot of the glare off a wet road too. The lid comes with a light smoke visor with pinlock so I might try that but it doesn't look as nice. Smile The flipface bit works really well too, it slides much easier than the Caberg one does. Thumbs Up

I will be trying it out for an extended period on the weekend...

Let me know how the visor goes, I have heard that they scratch really easily, I want barros's suomi lid next which looks awesome with a iridium visor.

Yeah the lid is all shiny and new now. I'm gonna be careful with it for as long as I can but you know it's always inevitable that it will get manky and scratched. Rolling Eyes

I'll be on the lookout for a new helmet so any feedback would be welcome.
I'd be interested in how noisy you think it is.

Ta. Thumbs Up

The best helmet I have owned,

For a flip-up it is very light
Its pretty quiet, but you still need earplugs for longer rides

I cant say much more when i need a new lid i will be buying another... Thumbs Up

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

I'm going to the Americana festival on the weekend and I will be riding a Victory Kingpin cruiser. I really want to wear my Multitec so I'm gonna look a little stoopid. Smile
