until recently my bike has been fine, anyways, at the moment, it doesn't pull too well, and when rolling off the throttle it stalls, it also doesnt like sitting at around 5k.

Im suspecting carb problems, seen as I have recently removed the baffles in my motad end can with a large spike and a lump hammer.

Other causes of problems may be excessive backfiring, and landing a wheelie or 2 a bit hard. so I partly suspect the ATU / ignition gubbins have been knocked by the hard landings.

Any ideas?

Cheers
John

stinkwheel Well I just had my hands up a pigs fanny. Which makes your concerns pale into insignificance.

You should check the plug to see if the bike is running lean or rich.
Check if the inlet rubber is cracked.

Paddy.

problem solved, was something a lot more simple than I suspected.

Main part of the filler tap was covered in crud, resulting in a very slow flow of petrol through main. All cleaned up and running properly now, just need to check the carb in a few days to make sure all is well.
