I dunno about NSR prices, but fork seals cost about £10 each for the Blade...plus you need to get oil etc...but the main thing is measuring the exact amount of oil for each fork...you also need to have a paddock stand supports the front of the bike either by the headstock or the bottom of the exhaust.

It shouldn't be difficult, but does require both the tools and some mechanical competence/confidence...and a workshop manual would be nice Smile

Did one on Cols bike last summer. Not too difficult to do. Getting the fork oil level isnt that easy unless you have the right tool as Tin says. I bought a syringe with an attachment from M&P / MPS which makes it easy to get the fork oil level correct

All the best

Keith

Tin: look at busters, next time Confused ... £5 each I think

They were £10 for the NSR when I got them from the local bike spares shop, so it's worth ordering them (and stuff like head/wheel bearings etc) from cheapish mail order places.

That's alright, I haven't got them yet Smile ...a few of the guys involved with the CBR Owners Club runs a garage quite close to me, so I'll probably get everything done through them...cheers anyhoo Smile
