My bike has started behaving oddly in the last day. It was fine on the way to work yesterday, but on the way home, after I left the soggy M5, it was sounding a bit like a tumble drier and a bit like it was running on 3 cylinders. Jerky at low revs, but riding reasonably smooth at higher rpm. I felt the downpipes after riding to work this morning and they were all hot, although the far left one seemed a little cooler than the others. Hard to tell without burning my hand, it was still quite hot!

I initially thought it might be water shorting an HT lead or something, but it was bone dry on the way in today so that's that theory out. Any ideas?

A plug may have fouled when it dropped to 3 cylinders so try cleaning the plugs first before looking further.
