Adjustable Bike/luggage Rack?

Hey, im having trouble finding a luggage/topbox rack for my bike as its quite old so i was wondering if anyone knew of an adjustable one?

Ive found one, but its quite expensive and from America!

The bike is a kawasaki KH 100 (1992)

Givi wingrack if you want the full shi-bang with panniers etc. Givi do the rack and then a universal fitting kit.

Or givi also do a universal topbox rack with a choice of fittings that you attach where you can.

Not quite sure where those silver attachments will go though!
