Ive thought id show you my new little bike, after fitting a new gearbox and a few other little odd jobs its running perfect.

I will just say the front trye is crap on it and needs changing lol..every time i tryed to go as fast as i could i fell off lol, so vids are ok but still getting used to it Embarassed

Ground was abit slippery and even with the new back tyre on it was hard to find grip, bike did slide all over and was hard to keep in a straight line, but..i was trying to make it a little better to watch by making it swing right out Embarassed

Second vid is ok..ground was better but kept falling off becuase of the front tyre Laughing

..only got one crash on vid..and its only kinda half on vid Laughing

haha, i blame the tyre lol, with my old cr 250 i used to be able to put the power on before the corner all the way round lol..front tyre just stayed gripped in the rut Smile

Is it just me though or are the USMC KLR650's really nice, I'm guessing the military editions are only deisel right... I'm undecided would that add or detract from the offroad experience?
Obviously a deisel bike would have that bit more pull offroad but would it run similar? would it be as fast as a petrol equivelant? and ofcourse deisel is so expensive as if unleaded were'nt enough...
I think diesel and I think "yucky fuel!"
