If you mean 06 electric clocks on a 05 or earlier bike then you need to set up an electronic speedo pickup on the back wheel. Its a lot more complex than a simple clock swap.

hi,
new shape clocks are a bugger to fit, with the different loom, bracket & rear wheel sensor.
most rs models had kmh clocks but....
i just happen to have set of the rarer (try finding a set!) mph ones!
straight swap over
bought them for my last rs, but sold bike with the std clocks on.
kept hold of them, due to the rarety & was planning on getting another rs, but given up on finding one as good as my last one! (had jim lomas twin pipes,34mm carb, which was set up correctly, vectorcone etc, new owners got it on ebay now.grrrr
anyway, someone else wanted the clockset, but never got back in touch, so make me an offer if your interested.
cheers,
GAZ
