The diaphragms on the carb probably has a hole in it. Even one the size of a pin prick and it will give problems.

Or could be duff plug / coil HT lead and cap . . .

When was it last running?

Hi There,

It was last running fully about 2 years ago , since then it's been sat in a garden , it was started a few times which might have aggravated the issue, i have downloaded the manual , would this be quite easy to do? Embarassed

Plug out, rest against the cyl and see if it sparks.

I assume that they are new plugs.
