Hi, I need to do some work on my kymco zing (changing the clutch cable amongst other things) and as I'm a complete novice I'd like the reassurance of a workshop manual that will tell me how to put everything back together again and help me learn how these confounded machines work. I can't find one anywhere so I thought I'd put a shout in case anyone has one/knows where one is.

Yes, I've tried all the links above and searched google till my eyes bled can't find the bastard. Closest i've got is what appears to be scans from a parts list at scooter-assassins.com which kind of shows assemblage but I'd like a bit more info (like what things are called)

Cheers

Look in the workshop manuals thread (sticky at the top of this page.)

Press ctrl + F then type kymco and it will highlight the kymco manuals that are available.

TBH if your doing basic things like changing clutch cables e.t.c. then you could get any manual for a simillar bike (if yours is a 4t get a cg manual/2t get any 2t manual e.t.c) as most general jobs are the same on any bike.
You only really need a bike specific manual if your looking for specific tourque settings/sequences-plug gaps, things like that..
And of course, any questions you have just ask Thumbs Up
