CDi's and derestriction

Hi i've got a Skyjet R7 and have been told the restiction is CDi orientated..

to which i've been googling to death and can't find any 'truth' or chip settings etc as i'm electronic orientated and modding the board aint a problem..

i stumbled in another group this
