Not happy.

So I had a shocking third day on my DAS, dropped the bike twice and snapped off the right mirror and footrest in the middle of a street. Was seriously considering doing the test on a 125 and saying fuck the wasted money.

But the fourth day I tried again and everything was fine, did perfect U turns all day and was really up for my test which was supposed to be today...

Except I got back to the training centre only to be told my test had been cancelled for NO BLOODY REASON! Watched the poor woman on the training desk ring round 15 different centres to reschedule me for Monday. Ok, I only had to rearrange my day off, but the other bloke I was with is currently sitting in their office waiting for a cancellation as he flew into the country for 5 days especially for this test (which he booked 6 months ago) and his flight home is Sunday.

I was really ready and up for doing the test today, and the bloody DSA can cancel it on a whim. Sounds to me like the examiner just fancies taking the day off to watch the Olympics opening... Evil or Very Mad

unlucky mate,

I was quite fortunate on my test, because the original day I was meant to take my test on, the lady at my training school forgot to book me in, despite me paying her up front.

But this was a blessing in disguise as it turns out all the tests that particular day were canceled because the examiners bike broke down....

Luckily I was booked in for the day after and all was good Very Happy

You have to remember the DSA are civil servants and you can expect such behaviour from them.

The rest of us have to work for a living.
