Hi Folks.

Just looking for a bit of sizing gudiance before i go out and buy some leathers. I know i need to go try them all on. but just looking for a few ideas. Maybe going to try hein gericke as they have a some good stuff in the sale.

So any way. I was wondering if any one has a similar build and height to me and if so what size and type of leathers do they own and what do they think of the fit.

My stats are as follows. Am 6ft 1 and slim build at only 12 stone.

Cheers for reading and hope you can give me some advice

Paul

When i got my first leathers i asked the staff about sizing, because i didn't really know what i was looking for in a "good fit".

You know, like a lid shouldn't be tight around the forehead, but should be on your cheeks.

Leathers should be tight, but not so tight that you can't crouch down.

In regards to sizing for your actual build, just try loads of stuff on until you find the ones that fit you best. Different shops and different brands will likely have slightly different sizing.

Yeah same as above really, but choose the leathers on comfort, safety and good fit over price!

Everyone has different builds, and all brands tend to fit a little different due to their individual cuts.

Me and a friend are identical heights but I have broader shoulders and a bigger chest. Thus my leathers are always baggier compared to his.
