My seem like a simple question but when you are involved in an accident that has not been settled liability wise what should I be declaring when I get insurance quotes?

Yuns accident still hasnt been settled but I am trying to get some quotes for her and potential new bikes...

Accident non fault? accident fault?

Yes you have to declare claims where liability is still being argued.

They will class it as 'pending' i.e unsettled. Sadly they will load the insurance premium. Had this recently with my car insurance and it cost me loads more. Settled in my favour now though Smile
