pretty dangerous way of doing it. id recomend 2nd, about 7-8k rpm rolling on, dip clutch and continue on rolling on the throttle and up it will come. just practice. ____________________ Current : '08 Yamaha FZ1s

Easiest way to do it on the hornet is to be in first whack it up to about 10k on full throttle, then shut it, then whack it straight open again, that's how I started learning on mine. It'll come up quiet gently. It won't come up off the power in second on stock gearing. ____________________ My Flickr |
