 |

Hi all,
I'm currently working on a magazine article about blogging under difficult conditions or from interesting locations, and one of the areas I want to cover is travel blogging. And since I'm a member of this forum (and a newbie bike rider myself) I thought I'd ask if any of you want to take part
What I'm looking for is anyone who has taken on an epic bike trip and blogged their journey, by mobile/satellite phone, internet cafes along the way, etc.
If you'd like to appear in my article, please drop me a PM. I'll only take a few minutes of your time for a quick email interview where we'll talk about why you blogged your trip, what equipment you used, what difficulties you had to overcome, and so on, and then I can feature you in my piece.
Thanks |

Erm its not exactly difficult though WIFI everywhere in France net cafes everywhere in Spain, and anyway you are on vacation and things for blogging ie laptops are a liability when touring...
Infact posting adventures on here on travels isn't always sensible....
I got seriously drunk (empty stomach is my excuse) in Seville and had a drunken post on the BCF then had a drunken MSN session.

Try 'Pm'ing some people on there. A lot more people have done this sort of thing on that site all over the world. ____________________ Bike - '98 Yamaha YZF600 Thundercat Pics

Did a tour of Central Europe in June & July this year & kept a blog. It's partly a record for personal reasons but also a lazy way of keeping in touch with friends and family. There's wifi most places which was often free so not at all difficult. You'd probably have to go to Mongolia or the Sahara to have problems ____________________ The world is a book & those who do not travel read only a page. St Augustine.
