I'm trying to find the thread with that link to a vid, it's a journalist or summit videoing two coppers (in brum?) harrassing a yoof, they then stride up to his front door, make up a law about filming coppers then skulk off not apologising when they are put right...
Anyone? Search is doing my tree in, been trying half an hour!!!
