ok today i was working on my 125 pitbike and had to take the front wheel of so as u do i sat there trying to push it inbertween the brake pad then had an idea id take the blee nipple out so i did nothing came out got my wheel in after about 5 mins fafing on then put the nipple back in thought it was tight enough then pumped my brake abit and then brake fluid came out, then i tighterned it sum more and tryed again nothing came out but now when i press my brake they move alittle bit but no pressur on the disk to make me stop what do i need to do? all help appricated ____________________ 125cc Pitbike <sold> Aprilla Mx50 <current> |

top up your brake fluid and bleed your caliper,
Hold your lever down and undo the bleed nipple this will push air out of the brake system, then tighen the bleed nipplee back up and release the lever to pull some more fluid into the brake system, then with the nipple tight pump the brakes a couple of times.
Repeat this untill you have pressure again, good luck mate.
Don't release the brake lever with the bleed nipple open because you will pull air into the caliper. |
