I'm thinking of getting this, it looks ok, m reg, 25k, seems like it's an ok buy.
I'm not sure if these bikes have any major problems so anything i should ask the guy about it?

Coulda used a PM. Confused

N30 wont know as much as the buyer will, so go have a look at the bike, and look out for all the usual things. Dont think there are any specific problems with the bike.

Thats been on there for ages, used to be advertised as £1800, if I recall correctly.

Was just about to say the same thing. It's worth going for a look.

Check the hub/chain adjuster teeth aren't mangled, and that the exhaust system is in good nick as they do tend to rot easily if not cleaned regularly. Other than that, just ask the usual q's i.e - tyres/chain + sprockets in good nick? Have the carbs been cleaned recently? Have the valve clearances been done at the suggested service intervals etc.

Oh yeah, and make sure the panels are oe, as it would be worth about £250 - £300 less than what it's advertised at if they're not.

If it is truely in "Goog" condition, then it looks ok.

It's actually 23k miles rather than 25. Although close enough.

I'd go and check it over. If the exhaust, panels and all bearings are solid then it's worth the dosh.
