Finally selling my bike as I'm going in for my das course soon so I'm after a new bike

I've bought various things like a new battery, new piston head and rings, new throttle grip and cable, spark plugs etc.
Here's the bad points.
Engine needs attention as there's no psi there, it's reading around 75 since we put the new piston head on, maybe needs a total new top end rebuild then it will be up and running .
Minor problems.
Scratches on fairings and tank, only slight.
Rear right indicator needs re-attaching as i still have it, i broke it taking the bike cover up in a rush to work 1 morning.
Speedo drive needs sorting out or needs a new cable as there's no mph/kph or mileage but there is revs.
The front tire has a slow puncture but if you top the air u[p every 2 days It's fine.
Needs a few bolts for the fairings as the fairings are tied on by ties, but everything isd very secure but will be more secure with bolts obviously.
The rear sproket is lose but have been told it just needs them balancing rubber things inside them which are dirt cheap.
Nothing major to get this running again, bikes done around 11,000 miles or near 18,000 kilometres.
I'm after 550 for it but open to offers
Can view any time after 6pm Monday to Saturday.
