When i put a message onto the forum it post two of the same massage. how can i correct this? Thanks alot.

My work PC has started doing this with Firefox 3 (fine here) - though usually quick enough that it pops up the warning that you can't post so soon.
Haven't bothered to look into it as I don't really post from work much and have got plenty of other web problems to look into as it is for work Smile
