i was at work just the other day and one of the women I work with heard about a friends son who was glassed at a night club over the weekend. He copped it on the side of the face just below his eye and required internal and external stitches to make it right.

Turns out this guy is only a little fella and is quite the angry little Crunt.

After discussions with the cops it seems this guy was the 4th person this prick has glassed recently.

What seems weird to me is that he wasn't going to press charges for it.
He was fronting the guy who glassed his mate only a week earlier who was also reluctant to press charges when he got hit.

They are both taking legal action now but I can't understand how this can happen to someone and not have them want to take it further.

While we were talking about it at work another girl came in who said her brother (pics below) was done in a fight along with 3 of his mates after a guy bumped into them.
This guy just grabbed a bottle, broke it and started swinging.
As you can see from the pics he was bloody lucky it wasn't any lower or higher for that matter.

This guy was released on bail and a week later beat the shit out of someone else.
He's now back in jail luckily enough.

Seriously though what is going on. It appears this is the latest thing in the clubs in town recently and it's only getting worse.

What happened to standing toe to toe with the other guy and just slugging it out?

Do these guys just not think of the consequences when they react or are they just gutless turds who have to resort to anything they can land their hands on to win a fight.

A bullet is the only thing that these C*nts deserve in my book.

Crap like that is the reason i dont go out into town much anymore. Just last weekend i had some idiot trying to start a fight with me, i just told him to fuck off and i carried on walking.
It doesent seem to matter whereabouts in town i go, shit just happens..
I dont start it, im polite and i dont jump the queue at the bar..
Half the problem with theses assholes is they are well known trouble makers and people are scared to push charges against them, plus because of the stupid justice system in this country they would probably get let off anyway
They see having a criminal record as kudos, something to brag about and it all adds to their supposed 'reputation'.
I reckon the best punishment is a fucking good kicking - no doubt someone will come along and disagree, but realistically its the only way to show 'em the error of their ways

Yeah what is it about glassing over here - it seems to be going through the roof at the moment - seems like every weekend someone is in the papers/news after having been glassed. Must mean that there is even more actually having it done.

It is fucking shocking, it can leave such horrible injuries and takes little balls to do.

I remember when I was a kid, a friend of the family was glassed on his stag do. Pint glass full in the face. Huge crescent scar running from his nose up to his eye, wedding pics were ruined, as was his face long term. Disgraceful.

I'm sure there was talk of banning glass alltogether to stop this sort of thing. IMO not the way to go about it, treat the cause not the symptom.

Down in Essex most of the clubs won't serve anything in glass bottles because of this, it either comes in plastic bottles or gets poured into a glass.

Without playing devils advocate, I wouldn't go out with the intention of glassing someone. But on that note, if i was attacked unprovoked by anybody I would use anything to hand to remove that threat.

If that means the contents of the drink in my hand get thrown at them, or i end up picking up a chair or something so be it. (Luckily i was holding a plastic bottle the only time i've been in this situation)

Sadly this is what its like on a saturday night in most town/city centres which is why i only drink in select places, and try and keep myself to myself.

In an unprovoked attack, there are no rules, well not in my book...

My pals stepson has just been given 18 months for his part in beating up the landlord of his local after they were told to leave for acting like twats, the kids a jumped up little pr11k crying and winging about getting sent down, but was the big tough guy when him and his pals were jumping on the landlord.

I personaly think he should have got longer and had to pay compensation (when he gets any resonable money), the guy they jumped might even need his leg off due to infection in the bone.

This sort of thing is the main reason i don't bother going to clubs and stuff, everytime ive gone out to clubs (not so much pubs) ive had some nobend try it on with me or people im with, its just stupid when some one see's getting into a scrapp as a good night out.

up in the north (sunderland) i have seen a fair few fights but they have all been toe to toe never any weapons used.

but then again the toe to toe fights generally include about 10 people so thats probablys worse
