Laughing Laughing Laughing

Assembling the chain looks painfully fiddly. But the finished model does look good, even if it does look like they spent ages detailing on the engine area and then went and put the fairings over the top. Laughing

Shocked The detail is amazing!

I'd never have the patience. I tried aeroplanes once, some of them even looked quite good but I threw them away not long after, when I realised they were a bit pointless.

My dad makes these and they are amazing, very time I pee I get to stair at kenny robert on the yzr500 barry shenes rgb500 and an NSR500. He has one several competions and has one the league at is imps (International plastic modelers society) club for the last few years running I'll get some pics up later. I remember him building an MV where he had to assemble each individual link of the chain!

I can fly R/C models. Used to do it regularly.

I recommend an ARC Ready 2 for a first plane. They are virtually indestructible. I've crashed enough Very Happy

A few things sprung to mind when looking at that.

1. WOW, that is pretty amazing.
2. WOW that looks expensive.
3. Imagining my dads face if I handed him that on christmas morning as a child and asked 'can you help'
4. "Have you ever kissed a girl son?"

Laughing

Then a shop in Battersey London destroyed me.

funny, i ran a model shop for awhile and most store owners were complaining the net sales were killing them! The tamiya kits are pretty good although i reccon the early Protar stuff was better!

Like his AM chain set tho!

I'm dyslexic, I'm actually pretty good at spelling but my mind works too fast for my hands so I'm crap at spelling whilst writing if that makes sence.

Ok sorry mate.
I'm a bit like that when I speak Spanish. I speak to fast for my brain to process what I'm saying so I always muck up masculine or feminine cause I don't have time to decide which is right, even though I write it perfectly
