There ya go, "causing harassment, alarm or distress".

That covers just about any fvcking situation they like, including answering them back, arguing, raising your voice or otherwise responding to jobsworth abuse with your legitimate outrage/concern/human-nature.

But don't worry, if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear.

Nazi UK, run by the gestapo and their kapo minions. Quality country, a police-state by any other name, here today and for the forseeable future.

A toilet.

Don't oversimplify. Low level police powers will be made available to anyone who buys a jobsworth's licence.

Think of the possibilities:

Fining a traffic warden for causing distress.

Fining a copper for wasting police time.

No imagination, you lot...

Don't forget that we all have the powers of arrest, no badge needed no intelligence either. Just some balls to act when we see something that warrants action.

I agree to some points, to some extent, but the door to leave is always open, ................. unless you are on the register.

With the exception of Fire Brigade officers and possibly Trading Standards (who have pretty sweeping powers anyway, which mostly seem to be used for Good), I don't see any reason for any of those chumps listed there to have anything but an assumed (and probably totally imaginary) moral authority over us.

But ain't that exactly the problem we have in this country right now, morally bankrupt scum with legal authority over us. Exclamation

As with all these jumped up little twats who have the power to 'demand' your details, you just tell them to fuck off and you walk away. What are they going to do, follow you around all day?

No, they'll lay their hands on you and attempt to 'detain' you. You then act in self-defence and punch them in the face and run while they scream for the pigs, who will be only too happy and eager to arrest you for assault.

Or you whack yourself in the kisser and split your lip open and then have them done for assault when the dibbles turn up.

Do these cnuts have the 'right' to attempt to detain you? It's one thing to hand out a ticket but another to attempt to detain a person lawfully going about his personal business surely?

Agreed.

I wouldn't want to be pawed by some jobsworth council official. On the other hand, health and safety and PC stuff will rule it out anyway.

Thumbs Up
