Don't know with the actual bike, but USD forks clamp at a far thicker point on the fork. You would almost certainly have to swap the yokes, and quite possibly swap / modify loads of other things connected to the forks / yokes (brakes, wheel spindle, mudguard, speedo drive, clock mounts, etc).
As quite often the designs of the steering head stem are similar between different bikes of the same manufacturer it is often easiest just to swap on the complete front end. Even that may not be that easy (ie, on some bikes such a swap means taking the steering stem out of one set of yokes and pressing it into the other set).
