Hi there,

Bought a new spark plug for my Honda NSR125, BR9EIX. Will I need to adjust the gap or just leave it as it is. Honda recommends 0.7 - 0.8 mm gap, I don't have the correct tool to adjust if it needs adjusting.

Thanks

feeler guages should cost you £3, just bend them up against a wall or a block of concrete. measure if they are too small pliers etc..

dont touch the gap , otherwise you can throw it away ! the points are irridium and not supposed to worn , scrapping the irridium destroy the plug . you can scrap the coke between the center and the outside , but dont touch points

That's what I was hoping to hear, I didn't want to mess with it if I didn't have to with it being an irridium plug Very Happy
