To have a Passenger do you need to have back foot rests?

Because im unsure

Also if thats right any idea on costs???

Yes you do, as for costs what kind of scooter is it?

I'm presuming you're not just riding on a CBT?

You cannot take passengers unless you have a full license. That totally excludes 16 year olds.

No passengers - Oh and you need a seat as well as pegs which I believe you do not get on the Derbi.

If you're 16, forget passengers. If you're over 16 buy a 125.
