How the feck does that work then?
I fed the tape through the small slot and used the plastic 'blade thingy' as a guide around the edge of the wheel rim.. all to no avail.
Either the tape was a pain to get out smoothly or the tape failed to stick and started squaring off. Grrr.
I've seen a few of the BCF lot have them on their bikes; how did you do it? Go on, spill the beans. There's an art to it isn't there?

I bought that stuff with the applicator, i couldn't work it out so i just bought the ebay stuff which comes in sections and sticks straight onto the rim. ____________________ Banned till April 2011. |

Okay, I managed to get the tape on by hand, using a method given by Craigs23 aaaaages ago. I have determined that the applicator is useless and should be discarded.
I took the wheels off and applied it carefully by hand, inch by inch after cleaning said wheels beforehand.
I think it looks okay, before and after pics attached.
