Hi,

Currently tickling myself silly with some of the soundboards around at the moment. Anyone know if there is software that can grab the audio clips and turn them into WAV or MP3?

Ta muchly.

I came up with a slightly more low-tech solution.

I have my computer connected to my stereo amp so my sound goes through it. I also have my stereo amp output connected to the soundcard line-in.

Using a program called Audacity, I can record whatever is played through my stereo, including whatever the computer is playing.

You could achieve the same effect by plugging a cable with a jack plug on each end into both the in and out sockets of your sound card

Can't you just use Sound Recorder?

Appreciated.

Yeah, Stinkwheel. That would certainly work but I dont have the stuff readilly available. All my stereo gear is in the living room, inside a cupboard.

Sound recorder, is that the name of the software to get or an onboard thing that most computers have that can be utilised?

I miss the right click and save target as.
