Page Load Error

I am trying to log on to a site I have been using for months and now when I use Firefox I get this message;

Network Timeout

The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.motorcycleforum.com.

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

* Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary failure? Try again later.

* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.

* Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.

and when I use IE I get this message;

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

Cannot find server or DNS Error

Anyone got any ideas what has happened? A friend can use their pc and log on as me, so it must be something to do with my pc. Obviously I can get on other sites as I am on this one now.

sounds like the DNS server you are using is having problems
try going to https://209.132.196.77 see if that works.

got the same message with that as well, so what do I do now?

Thanks to Truslack, I am now all up and running again. it was even more simple than I thought - reset the router I am using, apparently it resets everything, took 2 minutes at the most.
