Ady Smith runs a few enduro schools at their Midlands site in December.
I'm tempted to book in for one as I'm sure half of what I'm doing is wrong or could be improved at least by someone that knows what they're doing.

It's designed for people with some experience off-road (as opposed to their 'try out' days) who want to get better. Aimed towards those doing club-level enduros I suppose, but I believe they'll do tuition tailored to those they're teaching.

Price is 140 for the weekend if you're using your own bike, or 280 to use one of their own bikes (quite reasonably priced, actually, I thought.) Don't think accommodation, or food is included in that, though.

Any one interested in joining me if I do do it?
Van space from around here if needed.

Sounds fun but I don't think I've got the experience or the money. Sad

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

£140 in December, time to save up Smile.

However, I'd think they're expecting people that are at least doing some greenlaning occasionally - could always call and see what they say.

Also depends if my bike is suitable, cos I think theirs will be too tall...

Why would your bike not be suitable?

Cos when I went to 'the little london enduro park' it kept getting stuck in the deep ruts left by taller bikes...

I got it through the wooded section ok, though it did get a little stuch a few times Smile... but there's unlikely to be quite such nasty ruts like that there (ie they'll change the route if there is). At Enduroland there was nothing like that; the wooded sections were getting dug out a little, but nowhere near that degree.
