Seems to me whenever I see a 400-1000cc bike, its always between a 2000-2004 model, why don't people ever get 08/58 redge's?

I see more brand new big bikes than I see older ones. I haven't seen a K1 GSXR1000 for ages, whereas I seem to see K8 GSXRs everywhere. I've seen lots of K8 Fireblades but not so many R1s or ZX10Rs.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
