Just went to get some petrol and ran into this guy had a little chat in between each light then took a photo of his awesome dog Very Happy

Im sure Ive seen the goggles marketed purely for dogs, think they were called 'doggles'.

Wondered if it was an old german bike possibly was why i asked looks a little like a WW2 era one, perhaps not if it had a black uk plate though Thinking

One well trained dog either way

Yeah it definitely has the war look about it... Shame I couldn't get a better picture of it though Razz
Didn't have my proper camera on me, nor the time to get a decent picture, it was just a quickie as the light was red.. whipped phone out of pocket and hit the camera button quickly... The police just passed us on the other side of the road as I was aiming the phone haha Razz But it passed quick enough not to be in the picture it seems.

yesterday at Devil's Bridge, Cumbria there was a small dog sitting on the tank of a bike. The dog was strapped onto it, but unfortunately no pics and don't know what the bike is Sad

wonder if I can get my fat Staffie cross to sit pillion with me ?

It's a cossack/ural/neval. A bog basic Soviet made boxer twin. They have something of a cult following.

Based on the bikes the German army used. But so are BMW boxer twins.

If it was a German army bike, the sidecar would be on the other side.

A friend of mine carries her little dog in a shoulder bag while she rides the bike. The dog has its own helmet and goggles and loves riding along with just its head stuck out of the bag.
