I have the same engine as yours but its in a Honda CG125 latest version.
I have done 5 hours non stop and traveled nearly 200 miles.
In fact I have done that more than a few times and no sign of overheat.
The only thing stoping me traveling further is me and eventually you need to fill the petrol tank.

Have done a few 5 hour runs on my XR125. If running for extended periods on M-Ways / A roads you should swap the plug for the higher temperature one (DPR9EA-9 instead of DPR8EA-9). This stopped mine loosing power.
Also make sure it is not running lean (look at the colour of the plug when you take it out). Lean running will make the engine overheat and eventually lead to burnt valves or a holed piston.
